Smod application round

So, choosing our new Smods is being postponed obviously-
Shall we discuss how we would like to proceed once BL is back up and running?
Should we keep our deadline (today) or should we extend it a few days after BL is back?
Do you all feel we have enough applicants to choose the right folks?

I think that we should extend the application deadline until maybe 3 days after BL is back up and running. This way we can have a "last call" for applications.

I feel like there are a few people that said that they were going to apply, but haven't yet.

I'd agree that anything in process gets put on 'pause' while the server is down. It's only fair, IMO.

I'm pretty happy with the pool of applicants thus far (quality has made up for any lack in quantity), but I don't see a problem with extending the deadline by a few days.

I am for the extension.
Anyone else you all feel is nudgable?

I'm satisfied with the applicants, well at least enough that I dont think we need to nudge anyone else

I just assumed naturally that everything would be put on hold while the upgrade was taking place
